Celebrating 5 Years in Northern Rivers and Tweed

We are celebrating 5 Years of Adenbrook Homes Northern Rivers and Tweed this September, 2020. Glen and Sarah Stewart love what they do and are committed to working closely with their clients to get a thorough understanding of their vision and to help make their dreams a reality. We are excited to share our 5 favourite things about Glen and Sarah Stewart!

1. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS
Northern Rivers and Tweed business owners of 5 years, are husband and wife duo, Glen and Sarah Stewart. Together Glen and Sarah work tirelessly to not only meet, but to exceed their clients’ expectations. Adenbrook Homes Northern Rivers and Tweed commence with 4 site starts in the first year of operation, to the current volume which is in excess of 35 site starts per year. Even with this growth, Glen still oversees all construction and each and every build as well as being the direct point of contract for clients during construction. The couple welcomed their first child Maya in June 2020. Inspired by their gorgeous first born, Adenbrook Homes have named a home design the ‘Maya’ after Glen and Sarah’s little one. The Maya design is suitable for sloping blocks for which the Northern Rivers and Tweeds region is renowned.

2. AWARD WINNING
Both Glen and Sarah have been recognised with Industry awards and accolades. Glen was nominated as ‘Young Builder of the Year’ as he demonstrates strong leadership traits, provides training and support and guidance for others in the industry and is always looking for unique ways to solve problems. Quality workmanship and integrity are the underpinning values attributed to Glen’s success.

Sarah won the ‘Women in Building’ award as she represents an outstanding role model for women working in the construction industry. Sarah has a unique understanding of the construction industry from a sales, marketing and customer service perspective right through to construction principles on the job site.

3. LOVE LOCAL
Glen and Sarah love their local area. Adenbrook Homes Northern Rivers Tweed not only support their local community by securing local tradespeople and maintaining strong employment in the Northern Rivers Tweed region, boosting the local economy.

4. ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
Glen and Sarah understand the importance of sustainability and utilising building practices that are not harmful to the environment. Glen has also obtained his Green Smart Certification, assisting him to guide clients to choose environmentally friendly options, reduce their carbon footprint and minimise their impact on the environment.

5. CHARITY WORK
Glen and Sarah recently contributed to the Coast to Country Water Run raising much needed funds for those impacted by drought. They also support the RSPCA through donations, raising money and holding a cupcake morning tea with all proceeds going directly to help animals in need. It should also be noted that Adenbrook Homes Northern Rivers and Tweed are also involved with our corporate partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and recently raised in excess of $3,000 to support the search for a cure.

With a generous attitude and a focus on supporting local, Sarah and Glen continue to have a profound positive impact on their region.
