Adenbrook’s display home was the first one we walked through and we were so impressed that after walking through the others we very quickly realised that they didn’t even compare to Adenbrook. The whole building process from planning to completion was very well handled. Nikki was amazing during the planning process, offering suggestions and altering plans when we decided on something different. Nothing was out of the question. Kirsty was fantastic with keeping us up to date on what was happening with the build and always answered any questions we had. We built our home with Adenbrook in 2018/2019.
The build process was smooth and transparent. We were happy with support following handover which include maintenance issues being fixed in a timely manner.
Transparency with cost and product quality was the best thing about Adenbrook. After looking around and meeting with many other local building companies, Adenbrook seemed to be the best for quality / price and overall transparency.
We received professional advice from the team which helped us with upgrades and contract changes to ensure our build suited our families needs.
Niki was great to work with and provided us with some free upgrades as there was not a current promotion on at the time of contract signing. Our upgrades were wonderful and have provided some lovely touches to our home.Would highly recommend Adenbrook to others.

Matt and Niki were thorough in understanding and designed our beautiful custom-built home with their astute vision and draughtspersons! Among 7-8 builders that we liaised with, Adenbrook came out to be the best. Niki did an amazing job! She has been thorough in discussing various pros and cons and did never avoid answering often difficult and probing questions from us! Good discussions, logical arguments, pros and cons naturally followed resulting in a great design.
Shane and his excellent tradies’ team did a painstaking and thorough job of a relatively complex build, but executed the plan to perfection. Even difficult on-site issues were handled professionally very well. All queries were addressed to, on-site meetings helped us very much on updates, and tradies could also do their jobs in time. Many practical suggestions from Shane and us were taken on board successfully.
Hardworking, pedantic but with a golden heart- Shane has been amazing- honest and thorough. His work ethic rubbed on the tradies who did an amazing job.
Kirsty has been very enthusiastic, prompt and efficient liasion officer between clients and building supervisor in fixing appointments, understanding the importance of time and thoroughness. She has been instrumental in getting many post-contract variations in to suit the design, with Shane’s input.
Julie was extremely useful in colour coordination, choosing the right combination for a pleasing look. Judy has been also thorough and prompt towards invoices, accuracy and punctuality. Angelique has been very good in post-construction liaison for any issues getting fixed after moving in. The final result has been our beautiful home.
We realised that Adenbrook Coffs harbour don’t just build houses, they make homes to cherish!!

After walking into the Adenbrook display house, the decision was easy; we wanted this Builder to build our next forever home!
We initially met with Niki to discuss our floor plan and site location. After only a few weeks of planning, our deposit was paid and we were off. The most daunting decisions were made an absolute breeze, no questions were silly; they were welcomed.
Julie, Kirsty and Annabelle worked with us throughout the various stages. Any changes and additions throughout the entire process weren’t a problem at all and the team were always so happy to help. Being our very first build; there weren’t any dramas in delivering exactly what we had ordered.
Shane our sight supervisor is the most reliable tradesperson we’ve met. Shane only employs the best of the best. This has most certainly shown in the faultless workmanship.
