Training, estimating and procurement We provide you with the operational edge through operations training and systems. You will manage the estimating process using an established bill of quantities, variation pricing and templates. Our procurement process means you get access to our nationally recognised, longstanding partner agreements ensuring every home is built to the highest quality, guaranteed.
Regular new design releases Our in-house design professionals deliver new designs that cater to client wants and needs and are able to efficiently interact with the environments in which they will be built. We recognise each region presents unique design challenges due to legislation, planning controls and land sizes availability and as such we aim to provide solutions that are both workable and appealing to our clients.
Strategic targeted marketing activities Our team of marketing specialists manage all marketing functions centrally, ensuring the brand message remains consistent, our target markets are reached and you receive the highest volume of enquiries possible. All design is completed in- house and custom content for individual regions is achievable without compromising on quality.
Total account management The financial management is managed through a sole financial-management system. All accounts payable and receivable are centrally managed using custom accounting software designed for the building industry and tailored to the Adenbrook Homes business model. All reporting is accurate allowing assessment of businesses and departments.
Customer relationship management The client experience is central to the Adenbrook Homes brand and our focus on customer service permeates our culture. All franchisees use a centralised customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure that all customers experience a uniform level of customer service and elements of the process are consistent.
Logistics, workplace health and safety Having the tools to ensure onsite efficiency if crucial. Accordingly Adenbrook Homes supports the use of Framework Logistics, an innovative construction management system which has revolutionised how our builds are managed. We also enforce strict workplace health and safety measures compliant with relevant legislative and statutory requirements.

Daniel Galea, Greater Sydney Franchisee
Meet the leadership team
Daniel is a the owner of the Sydney and Wollongong franchise and is registered builder and has been for the better part of 30 years. After celebrating 10 years within the business as a franchisee, Daniel and his business partners, John Castellano and Shanaka De Silva have acquired the overall management of the Adenbrook Homes network. Daniel will be spearheading the company in the new direction with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by franchisees and the need to continue to focus on product development and meeting the market demands throughout each serviced region. Daniel’s intentions are to develop a highly skilled and functional support team including estimators, building designers and drafting along with workflow administrators to enhance and push the boundaries in terms of support that can be offered to franchisees and overall quality outcomes for individual clients.
John Castellano has been business partners with Daniel Galea for many years and was integral in the expansion from Greater Sydney into the Wollongong region. John has been involved in the new home sector for many years particularly from a land development perspective and his role within the leadership team is to focus on developing and creating new opportunities and partnerships that will assist the companies’ sales and marketing functions to thrive. John will be involved in assisting franchisees to further develop their businesses, will facilitate the development of national promotions that will satisfy the savvy buyer and will seek opportunities that will support continued growth of the network.
Shanaka De Silva rounds out the trio of Director’s steering the Adenbrook Homes network towards a new era of growth and success. Shanaka has an extensive background in financial planning and has stepped away from his other business interests to really focus in on the Adenbrook Homes business model and overall functionality. His day-to-day interactions will be to assist in developing stronger culture, creating an attraction business and ensuring the seamless function of the business from a people and relationships perspective. Passionate about the customer journey and experience, Shanaka will put his stamp on training for the customer service teams to ensure that each and every client feels important, appreciated and welcome.
National Marketing Manager
Nick is a highly experienced C-level marketer with more than 20 years experience working across a range of franchise sector brands in QSR, retail, wholesale and manufacturing. Nick has both technical and strategic expertise in B2B, B2C and D2C marketing which helps Adenbrook Homes franchise owners generate leads and drive conversions. At Adenbrook Homes we use market leading customer first, sales and engagement strategies to facilitate and build long term relationships with our loyal clients.
National Operations Manager
Adam Watts leads the operations at Adenbrook Homes in the position of Operations Manager overseeing the design, procurement, estimating and essential services within the network. Adam brings outstanding experience to the team, having worked in management positions within the residential and construction industry, playing the role of project building manager, estimating manager and procurement manager throughout his career. With a keen focus on systems and processes and ensuring that streamlined and realtime information is available to support the overall function of each franchisee, Adam is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the group.
National Design Manager
Nicole has design and drafting experience spanning over a decade, with experience across the building design and structural engineering industries. Primarily working within residential design, Nicole has worked on countless custom builds and is experienced across AutoCAD and Revit programs and takes pride in the high quality and level of detail in her work. Having worked in residential and commercial environments, Nicole is able to manage a high volume of work, managing priorities effectively and working with key stakeholders such as builders, engineers, consultants, contractors, town planners, local council and building certifiers. Nicole is passionate about design and enjoys bringing her creative flair to life.
National Interior Design Manager
As National Interior Design Manager, Stephanie is an integral Adenbrook team member. Stephanie primarily oversees, manages and directs interior design and specifications for large client contracts, as well as specifications, cabinetry design, furniture, window and wall treatments selections for Adenbrook display homes nationally. Further, Stephanie provides general support to the franchise network, in addition to mentoring Adenbrook’s interior design staff Australia-wide. Steph has demonstrated her enthusiasm for interior design by styling new and established properties for a variety of clients, as well as developing concepts and colour selections for all Adenbrook Display Homes nationally. Stephanie is committed to delivering positive outcomes, wholeheartedly adhering to the highest level of client service in her endeavour to make a difference in the interior design industry.
National Accounts Manager
Reshmi Sharma is the Accounts Manager at Adenbrook Homes and is a qualified accountant. Having been with Adenbrook for over ten years, Reshmi oversees the head office accounts team, while also managing finance and accounts for franchisees. Reporting directly to the CEO, Reshmi is an invaluable member of the senior management team, delivering accurate and thorough financial reports that form the basis of the strategic direction of the company. Reshmi takes pride in ensuring accuracy and providing superior client service, ensuring franchisees can focus on the day to day running of their businesses. Committed, professional, and proactive, Reshmi holds a Diploma of Accounting.
National Workflow and Client Services Coordinator
As Workflow and Client Services Coordinator, Jessica plays a pivotal role in optimising the Adenbrook client and franchisee experience. With an extensive background in contracts administration and customer service within the property and building industries, Jessica is passionate about refining internal efficiencies and supporting client services staff through ongoing training and the development of tools to enhance the client journey. Prior to joining Adenbrook Homes, Jessica worked with one of Australia’s leading residential builders, acquiring an intimate understanding of the building industry, coupled with the importance of client nurture. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Certificate IV in Real Estate and a Certificate IV in Contract Management.
