Training, estimating and procurement We provide you with the operational edge through operations training and systems. You will manage the estimating process using an established bill of quantities, variation pricing and templates. Our procurement process means you get access to our nationally recognised, longstanding partner agreements ensuring every home is built to the highest quality, guaranteed.
Regular new design releases Our in-house design professionals deliver new designs that cater to client wants and needs and are able to efficiently interact with the environments in which they will be built. We recognise each region presents unique design challenges due to legislation, planning controls and land sizes availability and as such we aim to provide solutions that are both workable and appealing to our clients.
Strategic targeted marketing activities Our team of marketing specialists manage all marketing functions centrally, ensuring the brand message remains consistent, our target markets are reached and you receive the highest volume of enquiries possible. All design is completed in- house and custom content for individual regions is achievable without compromising on quality.
Total account management The financial management is managed through a sole financial-management system. All accounts payable and receivable are centrally managed using custom accounting software designed for the building industry and tailored to the Adenbrook Homes business model. All reporting is accurate allowing assessment of businesses and departments.
Customer relationship management The client experience is central to the Adenbrook Homes brand and our focus on customer service permeates our culture. All franchisees use a centralised customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure that all customers experience a uniform level of customer service and elements of the process are consistent.
Logistics, workplace health and safety Having the tools to ensure onsite efficiency if crucial. Accordingly Adenbrook Homes supports the use of Framework Logistics, an innovative construction management system which has revolutionised how our builds are managed. We also enforce strict workplace health and safety measures compliant with relevant legislative and statutory requirements.

Meet the leadership team
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Michael offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Adenbrook Homes business. Having commenced in 2014 in the capacity of General Manager – Operations, Michael understands the fundamental underpinning values of the business, providing an edge from both operational and business development perspectives. An active member and contributor within the Australian building and franchise industries, Michael previously worked for some of Australia’s leading franchise building businesses in senior management roles and was instrumental in their growth. During his time at Adenbrook, Michael has been involved in franchise recruitment and development, in addition to procurement on a national scale, founding and nurturing relationships with national suppliers and franchisees alike. With a passion for building brand awareness and delivering strong network growth to the Adenbrook Homes franchise business, Michael is committed to the ongoing evolution of Adenbrook as a leading national home builder. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business and Victorian builders licence.
National Sales & Development Manager
Martin Donovan joins the Adenbrook Homes team after 27 years in the construction and building industry.Qualified as a carpenter and holding a Certificate 4 in business sales, Martin has been a top performing sales person with Metricon and GJ Gardner networks. Due to his extensive and varied experience, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge across new home construction through to sales and leadership. With experience across Victoria and Queensland, Martin’s technical knowledge combined with his indepth understanding about the sales process, systems and support programs to ensure success in our competitive industry.
National Marketing Manager
Christie is a competent marketing professional with almost 2 decades of property experience across a range of roles and locations. With a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma and Certificate and a Masters in Marketing, Christie is highly qualified and equally passionate about developing customer-centric marketing strategies and strengthening brand positioning through the tactical use of traditional and contemporary marketing mediums. Christie is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and is well-connected within the property industry and has experience across all facets including residential real estate sales, off the plan developments, sales management and strategy and dynamic team leadership.
National Design Manager
Having commenced with Adenbrook Homes in 2003, National Design Manager, Jason Middleton, is a fundamental member of the senior management team. As Adenbrook’s current longest serving staff member, Jason has invaluable knowledge of the intricacies of the Adenbrook business, consistently working with all departments to ensure that Adenbrook continues to deliver home designs that are in demand and which suit client needs. Jason is known for his integrity and unparalleled dedication to design development, producing award-winning designs to suit the varied environments in which Adenbrook build. Highly experienced and respected in his field, Jason holds an Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Architectural Technology).
National Interior Design Manager
As National Interior Design Manager, Kirstin Fowle has been an integral Adenbrook team member for over a decade. Kirstin primarily oversees, manages and directs interior design and specifications for large client contracts, as well as specifications, cabinetry design, furniture, window and wall treatments selections for Adenbrook display homes nationally. Further, Kirstin provides general support to the franchise network, in addition to mentoring Adenbrook’s interior design staff Australia-wide. Following her life-long passion, Kirstin studied interior design at Southbank Institute of Technology, in addition to colour psychology, Feng Shui and aspects of soft furnishings. With a career including visual merchandising and freelance design, Kirstin has demonstrated her enthusiasm for interior design by styling new and established properties for a variety of clients, as well as developing concepts and colour selections for all Adenbrook Display Homes nationally. Kirstin is committed to delivering positive outcomes, wholeheartedly adhering to the highest level of client service in her endeavour to make a difference in the interior design industry.
Workflow & Client Services Manager
Dianne Williams joins Adenbrook Homes as the Workflow and Client Services Manager and comes equipped with 15 years experience in the building and construction industry. Having proven her versatility, Dianne has worked in a multitude of roles and environments including the administration of remote location construction works through to panelised housing systems in a factory coordinating with the logistics team to prepare and distribute products to international locations. In her most recent experience Dianne has proven how dynamic she is, leading a high volume residential building company in the capacity of Operations Manager. Dianne effectively implemented systems throughout the business, improving performance and efficiencies from administration teams through to construction supervisors, proving to be a pivotal part of the team. Dianne is passionate about the construction industry and is always looking for ways to improve systems and processes with the consumer experience in mind.
Having commenced as an Estimator with Adenbrook Homes in 2016, Michael Whiting is the key point of contact for all estimating staff nationally. Michael is committed to ensuring the upkeep of all estimating systems, including the Variation Price Book and Bill of Quantities. Sharing his experience with others is something Michael relishes, thus Michael provides ongoing support and structured training for all estimating staff. Michael’s calm demeanour, coupled with his professionalism and desire to acheive excellence for all has led to him becoming highly respected by his peers. Michael holds a Bachelor of Urban Development (Construction Management and Sustainability).
Reshmi Sharma is the Accounts Manager at Adenbrook Homes and is a qualified accountant. Having been with Adenbrook for over ten years, Reshmi oversees the head office accounts team, while also managing finance and accounts for franchisees. Reporting directly to the CEO, Reshmi is an invaluable member of the senior management team, delivering accurate and thorough financial reports that form the basis of the strategic direction of the company. Reshmi takes pride in ensuring accuracy and providing superior client service, ensuring franchisees can focus on the day to day running of their businesses. Committed, professional, and proactive, Reshmi holds a Diploma of Accounting.
