Adenbrook Homes Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains are a family owned business, run by husband and wife duo Paul and Shelley James. Paul and Shelley embrace their local region and having grown up in the have a strong understanding of the local nuances that come with this very unique part of our country. The Hawkesbury Blue Mountains region can be a difficult place to build if you are not equipped with the experience and knowledge to navigate your way through the process. The region encounters potential build hurdles that include BAL ratings that need to considered, sloping blocks that require design customisations or , difficult builds that must have an expert to work through. Raising their four kids in the local area, Paul and Shelley are the epitome of local builders enjoying the support of the big brand network. Much has happened in the 1st year for these savvy business owners but all experience has led the James’ to the position they currently are as a driving force in the local new home market. Living and working in the Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains regions is something that Paul and Shelly would not change for the world. Having grown up in the area, Paul is very familiar with the landscape, the people and the businesses in the area. Supported by local trades, Paul and Shelley are proud to be able to provide local employment opportunities and support their local economy.
Their corporate partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation also demonstrates the calibre of people they are and their generosity towards those in need. Shelley and Paul both embraced the ‘GoPink’ month in June, raising much needed funds for a cure and will continue to support others through their involvement in local sporting clubs and fundraisers for a range of causes.
