TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the ‘Ultimate Bundle’ promotion to be valid, each client must meet the following:

1.This ‘Ultimate Bundle’ promotion is limited to the allocated availability applicable in each region and between 10 August 2019 and 30 December 2020.

2. This ‘Ultimate Bundle’promotion is limited to clients that enter into a Building Contract with Adenbrook Homes by 30 December 2020.

3. This promotion cannot be redeemed as cash and any part of the promotion not required shall be deemed to be forfeited.

4. For any unforeseen reason should a product not be available, Adenbrook Homes reserves the right to substitute the product with a product of equal or greater value.

5. Seasonal items are subject to change at the discretion of the supplier while this promotion includes standard colours, designs and ranges only and any variations will be individually assessed and are subject to availability.

6. All drawings and photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may contain items that are not included in the upgrade offer or items that are not part of a standard Adenbrook Homes design.

7. Adenbrook Homes has the right to alter this promotion at any time without notice.

8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Adenbrook Homes promotional offer unless otherwise specified by management.
